Having aquired alot if new work, have had a few cancel(about a handful maybe just a little more) because they can clean the windows themself with a hosepipe)!

So ignorant..one else get this, ofcourse I explain I use pure water but at that point they dont care lol.

Lol had one cancel recently who said her husband now cleans them with the power washer and she wouldn't be needing us any longer. Again tried explaining the pure water situation but like talking to a brick wall 
Obviously they don't appreciate what we do.

Well, wait a few months, then they'll call you back to try and remove all the limescale that's all over the windows. Good luck with that if they leave it too long though.

Ive had a few people when doing commercial when there outside having a fAg say... oh could do with one of those for my windows there filthy.. then i say yeah.. cost you about 3k all in all there gob smacked ... what really??

Its no wonder they go out buy a brush on a pole and connect it up to there tap lol

LOL when i was doing some solar panels, next door asked for a quote. As i am here, 25£. he said nah i will just buy that pole you are using. How much is it? About a grand (gardiner extreme 47 with extensions)

£25 you say mate, i will put the kettle on lol

Graham, if you've just started up, you'll experience a higher percentage of customers who'll mess you about, than what you will once you've been at it longer.

As time goes on you lose/drop the negative customers and your round will grow to have mostly decent customers.
