Just Starting up and looking for some help

Hi all. I'm just starting up and need all the help I can get from what size ladder I need to reach the second floor safely though to kit to buy or avoid. Any help is appreciated.

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

Hi Do you realy need the ladders? Have you thought of a Wagtail on a pole?  Have a look on youtube for Wagga AKA Christopher Dawber. His Videos are a basic guide to window cleaning and helpful if anyone is starting out with limited funds and experience.

about 3.0meter or 3.5 meter i use :)
