I'd be up for the course just for a bit of knowledge i don't do pressure washing etc but my stepdad doe's and it would be good to see how to kill moss etc i got asked about a roof ages ago and never took it up and for £45 for good intro and a bit of know how I'M IN

I was just talking to the manufacturer about training in general. I thought local/regional training was better as the cost can be kept to a min. People don't need to travel long distances and stay in hotels etc.
We spoke about group sizes..large groups pay well but something gets lost in the presentation.
So for anybody that might find it interesting( soft washing)... £45 is affordable to everybody,travelling expenses will not amount to much,and the quality of the coarse due to the small groups should be good.
If you do the maths there is no money to be made 6/8 attendees at about £45 =£270 just enough to hire the venue, travel/accom for the presenter and dinner.
If it turns out I can run it for £20 I will! 
I just thought if there was enough interest ...i would arrange something. I like courses ...you always learn something ,even if you know everything like me

In that case why not  promise not to ask too many q's

I don't get this! Earlier in the post you said  if the group got too large it would affect the delivery of the course which I understand. Trying to run a course at that price in a day with lunch included would indicate to me that either the instructor is salaried from the manufacturers or  it is a sales course.  I may be wrong but I know I could not run a course like that for even double that cost and coverinstructor , eelectricity, gas, water, rates, rent, lunch and refreshments.

I can do this coarse ( ) for this price because of the following:
The instructor is the manufacturer /distributor. So I incur no cost other than his acc /travel.
I have been given the venue for a small donation ...due to services rendered to the owner in the past.
The pub next door will do me a decent dinner for £15.
It,s not profit making.
We will have to make our own tea  .
It more just to try and promote different types of cleaning methods and products for anybody that is interested... a bit of a social also.
I suppose it could be "classed" as sales course ...as there is only one product...algoclear/mossgo.
I just think that people seeing "soft" wash equipment and a different way of doing things they might be inspired somehow. Maybe people will integrate the methods and techniques into the own business with other chemicals.
There will definatly no pressure to buy anything....

OK so it is as I said in my post! " The manufacturer is running it therefore all the costs are absorbed."

Now! You say "you can afford to run it" Does that mean you are administrating it or teaching it?

You also mention that you may make my tea!  I am seriously considering coming although that particular week I am in Prague until late Friday Night and flying back into Manchester so the location would not be too far I just need to take two cars to Manchester instead of one.

Do you think it would be worth me coming?  I do love courses
