Just checked this and their latest check in is 9pm.  I don't land until 9.30pm then got to do the normal like go through customs, collect bags and then go and get car so earliest I can see me getting there is 11.30pm.  Is there a hotel a bit bigger in easy reach of the venue?  How far is Southport?

Southport is rough...hotel wise. I would stay at a hote near the airportf and make your way over in the morning.

No its OK Chris but thanks for the kind offer.  It has 80 Reviews 56 of them outstanding 20 Saying great and the usual 4 moaners.  I am also a member of the IHG so they won't get it wrong and I usually get an upgrade anyway.

I like Twinings Everyday Tea with a splash of Semi Skimmed Milk and one canderel.  I like porcelain mugs not earthenware best served with a smile and two Rich Tea Biscuits.  You have just over 3 weeks to hone your skills Mr Scott

Booked the local hall ,it has safe secure carparking,ample seating and no bar (to prevent things going down hill )
