Ignore silly drunk idea lol.

I was thinking £200 for 10 jobs, prices will be ranging from £10-£40
I have literally hundreds and hundreds of houses that need knocking around a 30 mile radious from where i live that i am verey confident ill turn into customers, i have enough customers for myself many of the best gained through the sold boards which is why its mad to just ignore my lists i have made up over the last year.
165 sold boards have gone down since my last check end of september.
Im still in 2 minds wether to build another round via just sold boards or to stay as i am and sell on what i gain through the new home owners.
if interested parties are out there who want work i can hit e3 e12 e14 se3 se13 se10 se11 se8 se7 se4 da1 da3 da11 da17 etc etc basicly between gravesend and walthamstow going out to catford/beckenham.
Its only whilst the iceing is hot for these knocks it seems crazey to waste them.

what would you do in my position, i dont realy want to give them away to local competition, its either chuck lists in bin, use lists for myself meaning another van and system and the headache of training someone else up in winter or make a few quid out of them by selling the work on to fellow window cleaners??.

If i was you I would do the work ya self i know ya said ya full but if you work ya round 5 weekly then have another weeks work so it takes you 6 weeks to get round , if ya 4 weekly then ya go to 5weekly , with any work i take on i always say i work 5 to 6 weeks it gives ya a bit of lea way , and if the work is good and you want to carry on building another weeks work you can then take on another person when it suits you can give the new person 40% ish of ya work then carry on building if that's how ya want to go hope this helps and ya understand what I'm saying if it was me personally and I was happy with doing what I've got i prob would canverse the work but try and go as high as ya can price wise so if ya don't get not the end of but if ya do get it then ya got a really creamy job then look at some of ya other work that needs to go up and then increase one or two of those big time if they cancel it don't matter cos ya got that new creamy job and then do it each time ya take a new job on and then before ya know it ya round will be full of cream good luck anyway marc

Yes have decided to go and gain them for myself as is silly gaining work in areas i already clean for other window cleaners for pitance and it would always grumble me when i see them working where i could be doing it, going to add another 5 jobs per day per van over the next few months. Gonna start knocking them next tuesday.
