My Quote form (what do you reckon)
« on: December 31, 2013, 11:39:16 pm »
Happy new year all.

I will be door knocking spring time i am wfp and been going 8 years on my own.

Looking to earn more next year and gonna try going after bigger houses.

In my experience the people with the most money tend to be the tightest :D

So thought about offering 6 week service hoping to get away with charging more.

I hope my quote form uploads for you guys to look at ???

I will tear off small top section to keep for new custies details the rest is for custie.

In my experience custies want to know how much? how often? how do you clean / I pay you when I am out?

I also intend to have a brief letter explaining the water fed cleaning method but not done yet.
p,s thanks Gold to regards to your post about locked gates "i hate texting"

I don't offer option 3 bud.
Full price or no clean for me.

It's not for everyone though.

I have some that I just clean the fronts of. Especially if you are in the area already. It's income at the end of the day, and atleast the main rooms for the custard are clean.

I wouldn't put a stamp on your envope mate, that way it will encourage them to do bank transfer. Much easier. :)

Hi, I have never provided stamps. Extra cost for me and I prefer them to pay by bank transfer. Other than that it looks good.

You don't need a quote form mate.I ve never used one ever.I simply tell them there and then or through a text or phone call.

If they want a quote pushed through there door I write price, frequency and payment methods on the back of one of my leaflet postcards.simple.

Works for me.

Best wishes

maybe get it done professionally, the grammar is bad in parts and the wording could be done a lot better.

This is the kind of thing we use, its normally a pdf file, but I've converted it to a JPG for ease of viewing.

I was asked to quote uvpc clean that I won, but the husband insisted his wife had said to include the connie roof.
It was discussed but she could not tell me if it was self cleaning glass and I asked if she would sign a disclaimer saying it was ok for me to clean with a brush.
The wife was out, the roof was not cleaned but I was paid

The only form I use is one I designed to help me standardise my pricing. counting windows, size of windows. doors,  difficult reaches, adding the loading for getting there , loading for leaded. etc.

how many roof panels in coneys, how many side panels loading for mingingness.

Its really useful when you fire the dusty a price and then show them how you came to that price.. i.e 17 normal sixed windows 2 patio doors 1 huge pictures window and 4 skylights. Not being done for a fiver like the eastern european bloke....

By doing it I discovered that on the big houses I was under pricing.. Not any more.
I would load one to show you but Im pants at that kind of thing..

Oh and has anyone else noticed they always forget to count about 20% or their windows when you ask them how many they have..

I've got a picture editing programme which does it, its called GIMP (Cozy thinks its a sex aid for his cottaging habits)

Theres an option to convert PDF files to any picture format.

Just thought I'd mention that you spelt alternativlely wrong - it's a professional looking form so you don't want to spoil it with spelling mistakes
