Dont want to sound if I am having a go, but we are been encouraged by yourself (kempy) to try these out and they do 'seem' to be well priced, but, IMO the back up service of a product is as important as the price. Thanks in advance.I know this is a revolutionary idea but you could ordersome spares when you order a pole
