Can anyone tell me??

How do you get spare parts for these chinese poles?

Do they come with spare clamps and levers?

If I snap a section can I buy a replacement?

Can you buy replacement end caps?

Are the handles insulated against electric shock?

Thanks in advance.

Yep you can order any spares and come within 5 days . Had a bolt sent free of charge but in the end didn't need it .
As in the uk , you buy spares , just the same

I can confirm that the handles are insulated and all parts are from the supplier and obviously stock of spares would be bought in the event of replacement clamps needed.
thanks

Sorry, also can you tell me what I should do for the 5 days waiting for 'a part' to fix my broken pole? Dont want to sound if I am having a go, but we are been encouraged by yourself (kempy) to try these out and they do 'seem' to be well priced, but, IMO the back up service of a product is as important as the price.
Thanks in advance.

Is this stock held by the UK supplier or by the pole owner?

I sense a saturation in the pole market, good for us ;D anyone willing to
take a punt could make a few quid (w/w) I'm sure they will sell ;)
Gardiners I don't think have anything to fear as has already
been pointed out Alex is more than a few steps ahead of
other suppliers the major advantage he has is a trustworthy
after sales service which takes years to achieve.

I know this is a revolutionary idea but you could order
some spares when you order a pole :)

I've had them 4 months , nothing broken yet , the bolt was ok as I had just cross threaded it , but got away with it .
Absolutely no problems with this China Classic at all .

Hey just don't buy one if it's too much of a risk .
My two poles are great
KevinC poles x3 are great .

I can only comment on these 5 poles - 100% cock on .

The 45ft is the real big saving which is what I've always advocated ??

Just don't buy them if your worried , simples

If for any reason you had a fault , I emailed him , got invoiced and the poles were all in my front room within 4 or 5 days
The China CUSTIE service with a English lad over there don't mess about mate
