manual handling-employers

to those that employ, do you put your guys through a paid for manual handling course,? I've been on hse web sight and I'm not clear if you can provide your own in house training or pay for a course,?..

You can provide your own. If you do provide your own then it won't be enough to say.."yeah we done that"..or whatever. You should compile a syllabus . Then complete and  keep a record for each employee that has undergone your training, signed and dated of course.
