Working Friday and Saturday
« on: December 26, 2013, 07:33:54 pm »
We tend to normally take the whole week off over Christmas, but this year with the amount of work behind we are Ive made the decision that these 2 days we shall be out there on the round.

I know my employee is out on the lash tonight tho, so tomorrow morning will be intresting to see what condition he comes in, in  ;D

I'll make him ladder all upstairs all day to sweat it out  ;D

Mr Lyddon, I clean on a 6 weekly basis, so they haven't seen me for over 6 weeks. How long a break shall I give them in your opinion, till March? These people are out shopping the sales, or sitting at home watching Harry Potter, I don't second guess my custies, I just clean, get paid, and take a break.  ??? What do you do when Christmas falls on a Monday, take 3 weeks off to give them a break from having their windows cleaned?

Your business model sounds amazing mate. I'll watch your posts for training purposes from now on.

I've family coming around.

I'd rather work, if truth be told.  In fact I'd rather shove Kosovan wasps up my bottom than be here when they come; they're Welsh.

David, please don't go, mate.  We need you here.  Pritty Pleeeaaaaasssseeeeeeee with sugar on top.

Give him credit, it's not his first complaint.

Is anybody ever going to post anything sensible on this
forum again.
I will post when I have something sensible to say.
Thankyou.

Says here that you've been going 25 years. Which is it?

Been cleaning windows 25 years,in my area there were about 4 window cleaners
now there must be 30 and a few scallies to.
this game is getting harder, we just have to try harder i suppose.

30 years sounds better than 25 years though, doesn't it?

I'm an alkie and I do similar rounding-ups with my sobriety date. :-[

The above is a good post , you decide to have 2 weeks off and others moan or slag you off .
It's a good time to have 2 weeks off , family and bad weather .
Like you said some on here boast at earning £200 /£300 days but like you said can't afford to have two days off
