looking to add another 300 customers to my round.my original target was 500 but I thought 300 was more realistic so anywhere between those 2 figures and il be more than happy.
gona split it up into 25 a month and keep a record each month so I know how I am getting on.
also selling my combo and 350 litre tank in jan/feb and getting a traffic with a bigger tank and setting a 2 man system up and getting a part timer on board.
im looking forward to the challenge that lays ahead.
good luck everyone!

Carry on as normal.

Put up prices in April, keep taking on new work at better prices when asked.

As long as I'm 3-5 grand up on previous years earnings I'm happy. ;D
price higher/work harder!

Moving more into carpet and upholstery cleaning and replace current domestic work with that. So by the end of 2016, I want to be away from window licking cleaning.
No still don't understand, I must be thick

Keep growing at a steady and sustainable rate.

Have a 2nd van on the road by May at the latest.

Re organise my domestic work and manage it better.

Since joining here I have been reading a lot of Dazmonds posts and would say that
I would be now where he was 4 or 5 years ago.
I have plenty of work but am disorganized and at times lacking motivation.
Have put some of his ideas into practise and have already seen improvement in my income.
So hope to add on this next year.
Big thank-you to all the guys who post on here long may it continue.

Work less.
I'm a bit nervous but looking forward to 'trimming the fat'
Sticking more rigidly to only working 4 days.

Do to others as they seem to want to try with me, enough of abiding by the unwritten rules of window cleaning.
Life used to be full of up's and downs....now i hardly ever get up a ladder :) .

My plan is to start making money, spent on second van and huge system upgraded van for domestic work, got a full time worker this year and another started 5 weeks ago on 2 days per week, so I guess 2014 will be about making money out of all this.

My aim is a better separation between work & home - once office hours are over, switch off the phone & don't think about it till the next morning!

i plan to keep on trawling for new work in Spring but not the deep  gut-busting trawl of other years,i only need  about 50 fresh 2 bed houses  on 2 big estates in colchester for 2014 to have a decently brilliant round .  as i get the 50 i will drop about 20 places where iv been doing 3 storey ladderwork . iv been there and dun it as they say

Newer vans top on my list
Saved hard and sold off surplus gardening equipment this year raising funds for some new equipment and van apart from living costs and a holiday  all spare cash has been invested back in the business
Hopefully will see the rewards next year

To have a new website built that provides us with regular high end work and incorporates our email as my current web hosting and email is held by a company who has me over a barrel and I feel over charges me for no work on there part.

I'm hoping the highly respected Nathanael Jones can find a solution to this and provide me with what my business really needs.
