3 customers moaning all of a sudden about wfp.

One of them cancelled saying who f***ing cleans windows like that and leaves them wet!

All 3 hadnt even let them dry yet to actually see that they will dry clear.

Done all the custys previously while they were out and came home to perfectly clean dry windows and never said a word.

I would send a letter to each of these customers detailing how the water fed pole system works I have had great success with this normally once they see they will change their minds and for the blokes kicking off I would send a letter detailing the price of ionic Systems the process involves how long it takes and sounds really snooty

As you said you have done them before and why did you not defend yourself by saying " I have always done them like this in the past and you have always been happy.Why is it now a problem.And follow up with if it does not dry clean you will redo them absolutely free of charge.I you don`t learn to defend yourself soon you will have to find a job with a window cleaning company that can.
Get yourself up dust yourself of and go back fighting mate. No room for softies in business. Its tough out there.

I once had a bloke telling me you cant clean windows like that (WFP) so asked him what he did for a living ... he fits big engines into ships and travels the world fixing them so told him I didnt know a thing about marine engineering so would not tell him how to do his job and if he knew anything about pure water window cleaning then he wouldnt be telling me how to do my job ............. he actually did know about pure water cos of his job so he has been fine ever since.

If you get a custy going of just stand and let them blow of steam until they are out of pressure then tel them even if you have to repeat three over if there is more stream be quite again until the give you a chance to educate them.I know its difficult to handle them but try the above advice.

I never get any problems like this, i tell them from the start about wfp and always make a big thing about if they are not happy ill come straight back to redo, also i say if they are not happy with wfp then i will trad them instead but has never been an issue! Maybe your doing a not so good job or maybe they are hard up this time of the year..3 customers is easy to go and replace so dont lose any sleep over it mitch.

I had a customer for over 3 years who had never seen me clean the windows but was always happy with the results.

One day I happened to clean them when his missus was in and she was horrified they were left wet. Got dumped when a trad cleaner knocked on the door a couple of months later.

Don't take it personally. As Ian says, they will be neighbours or friends. Last laugh comes when the trad cleaner starts messing around with wfp.

I cleaned a house this morning and the neighbour remarks "be easier up a ladder wouldn't it" to which I replied "no chance matey, don't fancy standing on a pitched roof thank-you very much".
Rang the doorbell and started cleaning.  The wifey leans out the window and asks "would you like a cuppa" looking all red and embarrassed as her husband was home early, three guesses what they were up to, had to smile back

Picked up x3 new custys today using ladders good day !!! Only joking pmsl !!!
All I can say is there loss and tell erm to get with it as this is the future of cleaning 👳👳👳🌲🌲🌲

I would love to go to my accountant and ask him to tally up all my books mentally as I to don`t like these modern computer things.I can just hear him telling me were to get off.Sometimes a customer should sign a liability clause to send you up a ladder.

Comes with the job mate I used too enjoy educating and showing them that they are wrong just best to give em a thumbs up or if its not for you no problem pack up and move on ,

its mostly cos they want to see you suffer cleaning a house an hour, rather then fly around with a pole with a smile on your face , also window cleaning is supposed to be hard and horrible all of a sudden you are spot on time every time you take it very seriously new van uniform they know you are making good money that annoys some too oh and also a reason to cancel they look at us sometimes as ripping them off windows don't need cleaning this much but I can't tell him to stop all of a sudden son comes out says that water system is crap dont come back merry Christmas
