I can see it in 25 years times when all the children of current customers have their own homes and need a windie and one turns up with ladders to clean ............ "you cant clean windows like that ... arent you a proper window cleaner with pure water and a pole ?"  ;D ;D

I`ve only gone over to the WFP in the few months after cleaning windows for 12 years and I`d say almost all my customers have been fine with the change over. Spend a little time explaining how it works and that the first clean may not be the greatest but after the windows now look great.
Had a few canx but whatever plenty more work available in West sussex.

I would be happy to accept the fact they didnt like wfp if they could tell the difference. But having done cleans previously and they havent even been able to tell as they were out. It just shows you that they were completely happy with the standard of work until they find out how im doing it ??

Why do customers care if their windows are clean???

Lost a few customers like that,
explained I have cleaned them for 2yrs like that
and they never said anything before.
3 reasons for there being like that I have found.
1) they feel you earned there money to easy
2) they feel job is half done unless you dry them off with  blade or cloth! "Ain't you going to dry em off)
3)compare your job to there job and don't like you earn more than them unless you sweat and risk your neck up a ladder.
keep your dignity and say see you around and carry on.
