Not a problem logging in but
2 full days work has vanished of
My round and I have no idea were to find it!

One day went missing last month as well!

I really don't understand it's been fine since
April.

This will turn me to alcohol before the night is out 😭
keep it simple

Some answers (hopefully!):

@James: The server was unusually busy at times for a brief period this evening, but it shouldn't have prevented you logging in, and should not have caused a problem for so long... can you login now?

@Colin: Which days work has disappeared? There are two possible causes: the first is that you (accidentally) clicked the trash can and cleared the day's jobs that way; the second (more likely)...

@hasti (and @Colin): If you add jobs to your planner, but do not mark them Done or Skipped, they are automatically marked Not Done after a week. When this happens, they are not rescheduled because Aworka doesn't know when you plan to do them, so would drop off the planner. You can change how this works in your Settings, for example, to automatically mark them Skipped instead, which will ensure they continue to be rescheduled.

@Gavin: I fixed a problem a few months ago which could cause rounds to become inaccessible, so I would hope you're no longer losing customers...?
