Got 5 to price up and just wondered what the deal is with internal cleaning.

They want prices for monthly but would you really clean the inside monthly? Come on it aint gonna get that dirty?

I was thinking internals maybe 3 times a year, but the entrance done each time (doors and finger prints)

All the one's I do are in and out monthly,if they are willing to pay for in and out on a monthly basis then it's a nice easy job for you.

You beat the price of the current WC, usually.  :)

I do a car garage.
They have them all done in and out twice a month.
We didn't beat a price.
They sacked the people they had-they did the windows and the internal cleaning and both were 'poor'
They got a mate of one of the girls in there to do the cleaning.
Windows, we cold called them, coincidentally.
I walked in, fella showed me the quote he had got that morning.
I said I could do it for the same but not beat it.
He gave me the job because I went in a suit. The other fella went in his scruffs.

Think about it. They generally have big sliding doors so they can get cars in and out, smoke from exhausts etc..i find the insides do get minging.

I did think about that, each place is different tho. Lots of space down to compact. Well gonna " quote em happy anyway "
