Both sites are working industrial sites but only non-operational areas are subject to the cleaning contract.
Areas to be cleaned include mess rooms, locker rooms, cloakroom, office rooms, toilets, stairs, corridors and shower area.
There will be a bidder day and site visits carried out on the 18 December 2013, which all bidders must attend to familiarise themselves with the scope of the contract
The anticipated contract start date will be 01/02/2014 to be completed by 31/01/2018
