Call the bank, they can refund the money back.
I think first line customer service will not tell you that, but if you speak to the manager he will know what you are talking about.
I can not remember what that operation is called, but you may try and google for some information

It is called Chargeback, you can speak to your bank and mention that you want a charge back because you were scammed. as said earlier, ordinary customer service at your bank may not be aware of this operation, speak to the manager.
