Hi Alex, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, you may remember you sent me two different 20" filters to try out. I have been using the blue one for the last 8 weeks and was able to run at 80 psi through the booster pump. I have today changed over to the Pentek FloPlus 20 and at the moment it is running smoothly at 100 psi, I will monitor this over the next week or so but at the moment it seems to be better than the blue one. I did notice when I took the blue one out it was quite dirty, although the water iside the housing seemed clean enough.

Hi KS

Thanks for the feedback.

The Floplus one is about 35% more expensive than the blue one with exactly the same chlorine reduction but higher flow rate which may save money by allowing the RO to work more efficiently. Please keep me updated through the next few weeks - particularly at what point in its life the pressure drops off.

My email is alex@agardiner.co.uk - feel free to email me about this.
