As the engine is new does it come with the 12month manufactures warrentee? Is so then this not a bad price

But this machine must be 20ish yrs??? As it's a trailblazer

Dave,
It certainly looks ok but if it is as old as Mike suggests then I'd be concerned about the blower and heat exchanger, especially if they are original and could be a wolf in sheeps clothing.
Why not get one of these:

I don't think it is. £13k is peanuts for a small business to spend on equipping itself with the proper equipment and when you consider a machine like that will do £100k a year for years then it really is small change in comparison.

Your best bet is something simple 18-20hp like a Panther or a blazer from someone who has gone under. Quite a jump from a prowler but you have no need for something complicated or expensive.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

A truckmount is a collection of parts, you need to think how much it will cost if each off these parts fail

The engine is new so that's ok, the pump will cost £350 to replace with a new one, (although it rare you need a full replacement) the blowers are usually bullet-proof although it is old  they last for ever......  but if it needed replacing its £1200.

The exhaust heat exchanger is the big item and on an old machine like that a replacement will not be available, if it's stainless steel and has not been repaired then it should be ok.

Everything else is either replaceable or can be bypassed.

Did I read They are giving it a 3 month warrentee? If it's a lemon it will show its self in 3 months of hard work

well I bought a panther second hand for a fraction of that price ( yes it did need work but they are very easy to work on ) , I would personally leave that one alone especially as its been up for sale for a long time

Thats quite a jump from a Prowler. If you have been managing fine with that then you dont need a Maxx LOL. Weight, complexity etc are a different league too.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.
