Haha I have some cred still intact. It was a house I've done for 10+ years but with new owners, the pond was there from the previous owners and it is probably the worst placed pond in history..bang next to the conservatory, anyway it was almost dark and I saw the old bridge that went over it and went to go around it, next thing I'm almost swimming! It turned out the new people had moved the bridge slightly away from the pond as they are going to fill it in. I think the worse thing was the custy telling me her husband did the same thing a couple of weeks ago!

It's been a nice cold day for getting soaking wet.  ;D

I would gloat and laugh but I won't in case I curse myself to do the same very soon.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

Not as bad, but yesterday I tripped over a dwarf wall and ended up in a flower bed!
It's a game of three halves!

Ohhh lovely a swim with the fishes!

The nearest I came to a swim was when doing some riverside properties as I cam around the corner I tripped over a boat hook and went headlong over the quay side with step ladder bucket and trad gear....

Luckily there was a small tender moored up and I ended up speadeagled  half in and half out of the boat, got away just a wet leg
