Pressure Washing Method Statement & Risk Assessment

I've been doing residential/domestic pressure washing for several months now in addition to w/cleaning round. I've got a commercial job coming up and want to prepare a professional risk assessment and method statement.

Has anyone got a good template that I could customise?  ???
