Great idea just popped up on WCM FB Group. We are looking for a small window cleaning business or one man band that would like to be involved in a fly on the wall documentary. The idea at this stage is to have the smaller window cleaner work with OCS for the day then OCS work with the smaller guy for the day. A chance to ask all those questions to a big National face to face!

Window Cleaning job swap... see if we cant get the OCS managers to work with a one man band...... we are looking for out spoken window cleaners not afraid to say what they like infront of camera. And I am sure OCS will be as forward in there comments.

Depends tbh.
A national subbing compared to a 'real' national with their own vans is apples & oranges IMO.
I'd be interested to see what the going rate is compared what the lads are actually getting who are subbed.
A genuine national-where did they start, how did they get sooo big? And the salary of the top dog. And if he's as happy now as when (I assume) he was on the glass.

There is a lot of interest for ppl wanting to be involved in the small guy meets national WCM TV project, so I will be taking names.... looking at posts to check out your grit and contacting ppl to see if they are right for the job very soon

Just got off the phone from OCS we have to pass it by there marketing department but they are looking forward to getting involved in this project
