I read most posts on here, but refrain from commenting on a lot for the following reasons:
1. Someone else has said what I wished to say.... only better.
2. I keep getting told by Stu M to get back to the carpet muncher side of things.
3. I haven't got a bloody clue what the thread is about..

Alright Danny my names James been lurking on here for a while now soaking up as much info as I can. Been toying with the idea of starting up a window cleaning/property maintence business for about 2 years now an I've realised if I keep thinking and don't start doing soon I'll still be sitting here when I'm 60 having dreams of being my own boss and getting paid a decent wage for the amount of work I put in. I'm 33 and from the middlesex area, any advice would be much appreciated and cheers to all you guys for all the knowledge I've gained already.
