OK but you were asking for something that no one else has and I wanted to get the information right for you! You seem to want one vacuum to do three things and I was trying to clarify!    I also hadn't realised you asked me on the 23rd October for the photos!  But not to worry!!!

i did clarify it on email pretty simple just trying to find out how you currently protect sub pump, I assume your machine was designed for slurry pickup not debris from gutters hence you need to protect sub pump if you intend to vacuum and pump continuously which we do on a daily basis , real simple quick question what is the volume of this new net ?

I have this system and it's great, but the poles are heavy, only once have I had it full extended and nightmare is a understatement. Don't be fooled  by the 4200w, I had to replace a motor and they are 1200w, so by my calculations that 3600w.

Also have to power pole 36' thats a friggin mare, so don't use it at present, apparently, I need to install a uploader ( not 100%) to stop the whip when you pull the tirigger and the stabilisation pole Omnipole sell to go with it is about £300.

The genny is a heavy beast and hard work on your own, but it does work well.

Your right they spent close to three months on it getting the correct mesh so that it would hold grit and release water.  Then the mesh has to be made of the correct material so that chemical can pass through without affecting it etc etc. I will get them to call round to yours next time and you can give them everything to do the testing out of your drawer.

Seriously 3 months for that ?  it doesnt even incorporate some form of locating ring ! Kev as norm you know best there are specialist suppliers that make socks on line to your spec / chem resistance we use them    Stick a pic of your 'net' on here along with the price, so everyone else can make up their own minds 
 That may work for your line of work which is great, but it wont work on a gutter vac and allow water to pass thro it. But thats just my humble opinion.

I have been working with these guys for over 8 years and they have produced some cool stuff. If they tell me it took so long to do something and it was difficult then I believe them whatever your opinion is. They have no reason to lie to me and nothing to gain.

Finally your not going to like this either!  I work hard to advance this industry and I am by no means an expert on Gutter Vacs but this is what I think based on my vast experience with these particular Vacs. If you want a Gutter Vac then buy one, if you want a wet vac then buy one, if you want a pump out then buy one and finally if you want an industrial dry vac then buy one!  Don't however expect to buy a vac that does all or some of the aforementioned combined and expect it to perform because through experience I promise you you are going to be disappointed.

I am not going to get in a 'bitching' contest like you had with the rocky.

The reason i have been interested in your vacuum, is that it has 3 motors and its relatively cheap.
I want a second machine which can be used alongside our existing machine but will not cost another £1500+
Existing machine works for long periods vacuuming and pumping day in day out, during summer months we can have it running over 8hrs constant, all it requires is an op to lift the motor to the side empty debris basket from waist height replace motor. Basket can take all manner of chems we even have option to adjust the micron for filtering.
We can then use vacuum for std floor cleaning 'slurry' combined with scrubbing , if required we can also add dust filter (But to be honest never had the need) so as you say Kevin it cant be done!

Kev, what frustrates me with this is how you act as 'Supplier' hence ref to other post, you still havent answered some of my Q's. I am in the wrong ? What ? Try reading my original email sent 21st Oct, Why did you not come back then and say 'NO' the machine is not capable of this, Simple.

If I were a supplier these are customers I wouldn't want to deal with - why don't you leave it, obviously I think its been established Kevin's machine would never meet your expectations whilst it might those of his existing customers
