Had this problem when I first installed my Truckmount traced it back to a diaphram in the last step injection pump

Derek, I have known the plungers to stick in.

You know the numpty that adjusts the metering? wind it anti clockwise till it completely comes off, pull the spring and plunger out, lube it all up with silicone lube and put back together, it's worth a try.

Derek,
Check your water pump oil hasn't got oil in it.

Pressure water pumps have oil filled gear boxes.

pressure gauges are filled with oil to stop the needle bouncing around so it might be that whats leaking out.
