What contamination are you up against?
Any chance of pictures?

Go with the tynex as the yellow brushes are too stiff.

If it helps, I swear by the brushes. I prefer the brushes to using chemicals, I know some will disagree, but in my experience they are the better option. Water is the only thing needed, no damage to the surrounding fixtures and fittings.I have stocks of 4" Silicone Carbide and Diamond if you need any. 9" and 17" are on their way.

4" fitting are M14 and Snail. The 17" I will not know 100% until they land.. Is the fitting removable on the Cimex?

It has 4 pins that locate into rubber grometts with a central water feed for each of the 3 brushes.

I have to admit, I do not use this system. I will see what my people can do.

@ Kevin, have you ever tried microcleaning pad technology, these pads are very effective for cleaning changing room floors, even more effective than any brush type pads or pressure washing, I can say with confidence nothing will clean changing room floors like microcleaning pads weather you are doing deep cleans or on going maintenance cleans.

Do you have then in 8" ? I would be interested to try then on the cimex.

My experience is that they are best on scrubber dryers or machines with 40kg or less weight. Last set I tried on my Wirbel on an Altro floor died in about 20m2. We have the new 3M melamine pads in and tonight will be first time out with them. They are about £40 each so I am hoping to get more meterage from them to make them more viable.

No doubt about it. These types of pads work amazingly well and on a relatively smooth tiled floor with a scrubber dryer seems to be the best combination.

i have 9" coming, typical eh?
I would argue that they are more useful on riven floors where it is difficult to clean.  Yorkshire Stone and Slate, especially when the client has blathered it in slate seal or something equally as difficult to remove. Chemicals are a waste of time, I have tried them all.
I will ask my supplier what we can do for you.

Hi Jamie, we only have them in 16 inch diameter as we have found them to be the biggest sellers, i know some of the guys cut them down to smaller size sometimes, but at 8 euro each you will get 6 of our pads to 1 of 3Ms  at 40 quid, now i will admit 3Ms new microcleaning pads are far more durable than our ones, but def not six times.

Hi Kevin

They would be different to the microfibre green scrub pad, if you drop me an email to info@jskcleaning.ie I will send you on some details

These two links show the microcleaning pads in use on 2 different floors, take a look , they show the effectiveness very well
