Used in A Hotel last week some people like the smell others hate, the smell might be a bit overpowering used on domestics.Some people might use on here on a maint clean.

Dilute at 15 to 1 it tends to water down the odour and dosent realy have any effect on its cleaning propeties

I would caution the use of Dynamall  particularly on wool carpets and upholstery.

I spilled some undiluted on a concrete surface and it effervesced indicating a lot of oxygen coming off, which will act as a bleach.

It is really designed for synthetic carpet tiles.

Doug , I think it has about 5% hydrogen peroxide in it.
Any strong chemical undiluted spilled on to a surface can cause slight damage or discolouration as they are quite concentrated.
Dynamall used correctly and to the correct concentration will not damage wool. I have used it several times with great results.

Used it for the first time 2 weeks ago in a large call centre.
Within minutes we were all coughing, did the job but not a nice smell.

I've used it a few times now, and yes it can and does cause people to cough, the people at dynamall know this and are working to solve this issue.

Try to spray close to the surface of the carpet so the solution doesn't atomise in the air making the problem worse.

I have the dynamax machine which sprays about a foot above the carpet which helps but still get the odd person coughing when using, shame because it's a great chemical and a nice smell......from a distance :

We have have used it on many commercial carpets (just the coughing fits people get).  Works really well though.  Perfect for void properties were the carpets only need a quick blast as there clean.  Oreck, dynamall works well together.

This week we pr sprayed with SPM, then used dynamall in the extraction machine to use as a stain-guard and for the smell. Works a treat!

Our machines hold 30L, we put in 700ml.  Just makes it right, not too over powering with the smell.

Customers either love it or hate, it's great on domestics where they have an odour problem I normally give them a whiff of the bottle to see if they like the smell if not then I use odour nemesis.

It's hard to describe, but it is a very strong smell, nice but far too strong in mixed with the recommended dilution rate.   I don't put as much in, still cleans just as well, but the bonus is the smell isn't half as strong.

We have also started to use Craftex Natural Tones, Bactericidal Deodoriser.  Very very good.  Once we have cleaned the carpet with either spm or Chemspec  DFC105 we just add the Craftex in with the rinse.  Only 10ml per 1lt of water.  Smells great.

 i have to say, smell? what smell?       used dynamall for last few days rather cautiously, diluting heavily as advised due to smell issues, fine, no probs, however did a
 fair sized commercial today which was seriously dirty, no staff as they shut early friday (shirkers) so i thought id go full strength at advised dilution due to soiling, and it was a doddle, very very impressive results on heavy soiling, owner of business hovering watching me and commenting very favourably, job came up superb and earned me a four weekly booking for same office complex...... no coughing but also no pleasant smell noticeable either, maybe ive just been working with cleaning chemicals too long but it certainly wasnt a problem, no smell at all, just very very clean low profile carpet............. very impressed with this product......

Hey Tim, sure you have a nose.... 

Every job we have used it on we and anyone around us can smell it.  Still great stuff though.
