I used to start at 8 am but I seem to be working faster and finishing early so I have been starting at 8:30 and finishing at 3.  going to start at 9:30 today because of the rain.

I only have about 25 more to do this week so should be finished on Thursday or Friday morning.

I know which ones start early, and then just let them know the night before.

Some I just turn up because I know they dont mind.

We start clean commercials when ever they asked for and normally big chains is from 3am.

Domestic we start at 8.30am which is due to Noise issues for neighbours.

Lol Cowboy.

Most mornings domestics start brush on glass 7am.
Like Alex says, you get to know your own round.
Commercials I start earlier but hate getting up before 4am.
Just feels wrong setting the alarm for 3:anything...

Yes I normally have that view too but was in a funny mood to give her what she wanted she now naturally prefers to leave her gate open again rather then be disturbed at stupid a clock in the morning :D

It actually works well I have just arranged another problem customer that wants the back done but doesn't want to leave the gate open as someone might burgle her house
So its booked in at 7am lol

I Have done this before but now I'm actually really starting to realise that these demanding customers are actually worth keeping you can't start domestic really till 8.30am when everyone's gone to work and the kids have been dropped off at least the just turn up ones but the ones who want to be in provided they accept early its basically dead money brought to life during hours you can't work

You do commercial early and late when you can't do domestic but I'd say its well worth having a 30% mix of these sort of customers included in your commercials :!)

Of course too many of these are no good so you need to stick to the system but lets face it most will be fine with opening the gate as long as less then 3 in 10 are demanding its actually not that bad;)

Ive started work at 3am before.

And I can only really manage an 8 or 9 hour day.

If I start at 4am I can do 14 hours
