Ive started work at 8am before.

And I can only really manage a 6 hour day.

If I start at 4am I can be back in bed by 10 am!

Most mornings domestics start brush on glass 7am.
Like Alex says, you get to know your own round.
Commercials I start earlier but hate getting up before 4am.
Just feels wrong setting the alarm for 3:anything...

What I mean is we are on Site for 3am!!

I meant me but I get what you mean.
I seem to be physically incapable of dragging my fat arse to bed for an early night (unless it's for sex) and working a full day on 2 hours kip day in day out ain't easy.
It's a psychological thing. Even 3:59am is far too early, much prefer 4am-if you know what I mean

I enjoy a wee early night watching TV and cup tea with girlfriend lucky she normally start work at stupid times coz her job! But I like starting early and finishing late

There is a guy around me he's 72, yes 72 his nick name is flick, I'll leave that to your imagination, he's out all hours in all weathers, usually see him at 7 cleaning houses. Best of it, he was left a warehouse in trafford park a few years ago, doesn't need the money, must be love of the view
