« on: October 21, 2013, 06:23:14 pm »
Having some new pole hose being made, sick of kinks and knotting up. who else gets this? I will let you know if it's worth a buy for those who need it.

I use Aqua-dapter orange pole hose plus 50m of their red pole hose on my reel, as my main hose. Never really had a problem.  ;D

The red aqua adaptor hose is fantastic with hot or cold - built to last

I also have the orange on my other pole which is used throughout the year for cold use , but can handle hot.

I find the aqua adaptor hose the best

Must go and see Aqua Adaptor then as my Gardiners yellow really slows me down. If its cold then turns into electrical type hose which is not good!

I've been using aqua adapter for years and love it although other hate it.  I tried the gardiners PU hose recently and it is pretty much the same but a lot cheaper.  Its worth a try.

The yellow hose gardiners sell is a nightmare gave up on it after 2 days and went back to orange Aquadapter

One thing to note about about PU hose if it comes delivered in a small coil best thing to do is place it in a bucket of hot water for 2-3 mins then just coil it up in extra big loops or lay it flat before using it otherwise it can be a pain . Mike
