I say same as H2O but be willing to give discount if they book you bi-monthly and explain a bi-monthly would be best as due to the build up of Mold from tree will be regular.

Need to check if there are any electrical systems close to the inside glass, if so wfp
will be no use on the inside wet environment or not.
Even if they are close to the side of the glass they could still get wet.
Also it looks like a loading bay which means the glass will be dirtied  by exhaust pollutants which
can be a nightmare to remove with pure water alone.
Got caught out on something similar a few years back.

Not alot of glass at all but just got a feeling its not as easy as it looks. I think you could loose a lot of time on this job. Inside looks easy enough. My main concern would be drainage i think.

Drainage no worrys its a malt production plant they convert grain into malted grain for Beer ;-)

Well I cleaned it today in in under six hours. My quote was 450 for this bit. So it worked out ok ;-)

£450 yes sounds good but not a nice job its a drying plant for malt so very Dusty environment and hadn't been cleaned properly for over ten years

i bet your well happy with £450 though!id of charged £150 first clean(2 and a half hours tops) and £120 on regular maintenance cleans(say every 2 or 3 months)
