whats your budget?
my LDV pilot can carry 1.5 tonnes(1000ltrs + load easy)
people say they are ugly but its an ex postie van and very reliable and on an "R" reg cost me £1,500 Bargain! and no-one can call me a white van man as its bright red ;D its a 1.9 diesil and very economical, parts are cheap and relatively easy to work on. if you do a google search you can find out where your local P.O auctions off thier old stock

Try this website.  It's really informative - even though they now ruin it with adverts.

dispatch scudo or expert look at the 935 pay load though plenty around will hold a 650 very easily

Hi Clear View

You can have my van for 2k without all the equipment in it - it is a ldv 400 convoy lwb high top twin axel - i think the carry weight is 4.5 ton - so that will carry 4000lts of water if you could get a tank that big  ;D

It is a V reg 2.5 diesel all transit running gear and excellent body work

Have a look at the link below for pictures

Many Thanks

Andrew

Ex BT transit 120 will carry over a ton-100litres.
I got a 1999 from blackbushe car auctions for 1600+vat but i believe that they are sold at all bca, british car auction sites.
Comes completely racked out with built in water heater, ladder rack and pole carrier. and flashing beacon(handy for busy roadsides as the wardens seem to leave me alone )the only downside is the colour.
Had mine for 8 mths and touch wood it seems to do the job.

with built in water heater,

Care to pass on a few details? What were BT needing water heaters for? Do you still use it? How does it work?
