sorry i know this comes up regularly,i have had enough of my window cleaning warehouse sprayer,i may just be unlucky but everything as gone wrong with it
i have looked at the new one they are showing on website and it looks good for the money
looking for a nice sturdy one holding 10 litres perhaps
any ideas??

Why don't you buy an inline injection sprayer from Masterclean in California, you can have all your sprayable products in separate jars, no moving part, no pumps to go, no emptying your spray to spray different products, you use the water from your machine to automatically dilute the product, cost is about the same.

I do not find the pump on the Sherpa anywhere near as good as the pump on the window cleaners warehouse sprayer it also runs constantly so the battery does not last as long. The Sherpa is a better design body wise though but I only use mine for spraying stainguard. Still using the window cleaners warehouse one for prespraying carpets.

The WCW sprayer may be a bit of a pain but if you run silicone around the join between the tank and the base it will stop the electrics from getting wet. We carry spare pumps and switches which cost peanuts and our two units have have lasted us for years.

I use a funnel to fill the WCW one, it stops the dribble into the base.

Have had the WCW one and was impressed although thought the build quality was poor, used Simons method of running silicone around the base a bit to late and frazzled the lot!! Currently have the Gardiner’s one which I personally HATE! build quality slightly better than the WCW version but just find it a pain in the f’ing arse! Think the one Paul Moss & Russ Chad have really does look the dogs bollo+@s. Going to order one shortly.

I have removed the totally crap lance and replaced it with one of my hydroforce lances, for some reason though i find myself having to bleed it before using it or else it never reached full pressure... when it does its great

Russ your only having to do that because your letting run too low. These sprayers although better than the others have quite a high release outlet, so once they are about 1/6th full they start to get air in. The way around it is to refill once they drop to just under a quarter full  .
