Canvassing Letters
« on: October 09, 2013, 01:35:13 pm »
Hi
Got a new development going up nearby about 15 houses for sale from £500,000 to £1,250000.
They are massive with glass everywhere but you can't get onto the site because of security even though some are now being lived in.
Anyone tried sending letters to the "Householder" at said addresses introducing our services?

Why can't you get onto the site? Is it a private road? If it's public security has no right to stop you.
Where am I knocking today?

Just use your nod and tell security you have been asked by the site manager to see the homeowners require a window cleaner.
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

I would just pretend your going to quote the full lot and if he says '' they already have someone'' just say well I was told to put a price in.
