Unfortunately the game isn't as easy as it seems customers say one thing on the door then go the other way this is the fundamental problem also they will let the cleaner know last minute as they feel embarrassed so will wait till next time to say NO NO NO!! They must think it makes it better it doesn't ultimately its the customers fault
but it buys canvassers valuable time to rack n stack more payments from excited window cleaners who take customers on face value when it all goes south and window cleaner needs a refund or top up canvassers don't normally want to know as they feel they did a good job which they may have really worked hard
window cleaner realises its not what it's cut out to be n maybe canvasser realises as well that in order to do this properly I'd have to work much harder with no holiday pay and loads of stress and traveling or get a bad name ,
It's not easy the only canvasser I know off who has actually refunded a cleaner was whizz-Bizz his model seems to be one that really works infact if you are a new starter or in need of work quickly I would give him a shot , solely because he holds your hand and makes sure you get your investment back , if you have a more developed buessniess you might be only interested in perfect jobs which don't exist but still he openly points out what you get first clean and 2nd so depends how you look at it
he actually does way too much almost borderline to his minimum profit expectation
And very easy to find and speak too which is a plus
I'm not really sure how many others are active its a good question!
I think there is a couple of other canvassers kicking about as well just havnt really taken notice maybe because I'm not in any real rush for canvassed work that's the other thing beware if anyone says "perfect easy lovley customers all regular" establishing canvassed work is not the slightest easy it takes time and you will have surprise cancelations along the way which will knock you down mark tells you all this
Another reason why I think he will be the last standing unless he gets sick of it
