Who works alone and who employs?
« on: October 07, 2013, 08:14:40 pm »
After doing this job for a while now, I do on some days get a bit lonely  :( Hehehe. So ive been thinking about getting a lot more work and taking someone on. Just wondered what everyones experience with employing or working alone is?

Many thanks

go for it , i say (employing)

just remember you wont be having a lie in again for several yrs !

plus point is you wont ever be bored again with several workers on board

I'm strictly a one man band, and that is the way I like it!. I have thought about what I will do when I inevitably reach the point where I am struggling to do the work myself, whether to take on someone and keep on taking more work, or just stick with what I can manage. Really don't relish trying to find someone who will do what I want them to, and more importantly, to the standard I want!. Not there yet though, so no need to worry about that at the moment.
