Steve , dont want to sound cocky but i have thought about that already , if you look at the bottem pic you will see the box is on an angle , should my connections ever leak  { they wont } the water will drain away !

Yup notice that now you mention it and it tilts away from the battery. I have the same trolley but found the height a problem for my car so I cut it in half, drilled a few holes in it and put a new handle on it. Dosnt sound good I know but it does look good and I will soon post pics of it.

Gaza , are you trying to catch me out   ..... LOL
This is a well balanced bit of kit , the barrell is empty in the pics and it still appears to be stood up !    ;D ;D ;D

The power switch can be seen in the bottem pic , back of the black box , £1.49 from motor factors , 3rd shelf just inside door ! ! !  LOL    ;D

 Any more Q's ?

If you reduce the height of the battery box, the centre of gravity will improve therefore avoiding the barrow tipping backwards when you remove the water container or reduce the weight of the watyer container.  Nice use of the brackets to secure the box!

Its just a simple switch , rocker type , 2 connections , 1 live in from the pump and 1 live out to the battery , i cant see as i can make it any simpler !
Any 2 pole rocker switch will do the job .
