Backpacks ????

Hi guys looking to buy an 18lt backpack just for occasional awkward jobs and so was wondering would 18lts carrying on ones back is it doable?. Does anyone on here use one and can please give some advice. regards mike

Yeah, carrying 18ltrs on ones back is doable but, not on a regular basis, else you'll do your back-in. However, it seems like you only want it for the odd jobs here and there, so no problem.
Gardiners do a decent one. I've got there's and it works well, no issues. It comes with back harness which is removable. You are then able to carry the backpack by the lid which has the handle built into it. I don't have a problem with that, but some on here find it awkward. I'm sure they'll let you know  ;D
The newer backpack they do has two speed settings which is better than the older version which I have.
Other companies to consider are : Window Cleaning Warehouse.

WCW backpacks have been faultless for us really.

We use the big boys and the newer models use less water (reduced flow)

My money would be on the Big Boy and just carry it in your hands or a very cheap trolley.

I use the backpack (shurflo) on my back 4 days a week for the last 4 years
and i had problems with my back before i started using it but my backs
fine now. Its the quickest way to wfp in my opinion, for domestic.
