what do you mean matt?

if youre not a huge firm with loads of staff, then anyone who sees this  and lives / works near you can soon deduct who you are talking about stealing from you, and if its not proved then it could be defamation of character or something simillar in this day an age

thats probably right, im not an expert,  but even if it true as you say (and im not doubting you) it may not be proved, either way, good look with it tomorrow, employing can be a pain in the rear at times,

Either way if it becomes an issue it's gonna cost you either way.

Discretion should have been the code by which you dealt with this and then informed the forum if so chose to. I wouldn't have spoken a word about an employee in this nature prior to any event.
