Lots of options and great replies thanks everyone.

8weekly... the reason I am not keen on using Aworka is cost. Ok 10 quid a month does not sound a lot but i have 3 vans and hope to continue growing. I try very hard to keep running costs to a minimum. I dont see why as a multiple user each operator should pay the same as a single user. I feel it should be scaled like almost every other multiple pack. After all it would only be one account and all vans would be using the same data. I think its just greedy!
Over a 5 year period I would spend £1800 with Aworka, George is £50. So that means with the saving I get around 10 new ClX 22's in that time.

8weekly

I didn't realise it is £10 per user. That is expensive.

I imagine hundred quid a year is a tiny percentage of what each van earns .

Perhaps your right, the same as a brush damaged and needing replacing early is just 20-30 quid, and a few hundred liters of water wasted is not much or knocking off 10 minutes early 3 days a week or ..............
but the point is it all adds up and in the end the profit gets hit. look after the pennies and all that  :)

I have been using George on my Mac without any issues for at least three years. I have parallels on my Mac and can use all Microsoft software

I've ran George on my iMac for the last three years. I run it through Parallels. Works without any problems at all :)

Pop the Windows disc in the Mac's drive, start up Parallels and then follow the instructions to install Windows. It's pretty straight forward.

I use Windows 7 myself but I think you can go all the way back to Windows 3.1 from 23 years ago! I'd recommend Windows XP or Windows 7 just to ensure the minimum of issues and maximum compatibility.

Thank you again.
I had parallels put on as I needed a windows based system to record the house cctv but never got round to adding it.
Where is the best place to buy a disc or are there copies available?

If it won't work on mac, its not worth bothering with IMO.

I needed a new computer a year ago, and was looking at a new windows PC, but was offered a 9-month old MacBook pro for a mega price so I got that instead, despite never having owned a mac or bought into the so-called hype.

Oh. My. God.  I will NEVER have a windows PC ever again.  I simply couldn't believe how much better mac is than PC.  They cost about 3x as much as a PC, but they are worth 10x as much in my opinion.

It never crashes ever.  It never gets viruses, ever.  It runs complex and demanding programs effortlessly.  They are simply a whole different world compared to PCs.

I can't understand the consumer fascination with Apple products - - I admit they look good, and what they do they do well,... but they're so limiting and so expensive when compared to a windows based machine!

Its nothing to with looking pretty, because quite frankly I couldn't care less about how something looks (other than my missus).  It's simply a better product, and I have not struggled in any way to find software to do whatever I wanted on it.

In fact I would say that with the appstore, it is arguably easier to find programs to do stuff.  Also, IMO the days of installing programs is numbered... most things run over the internet now, like aworka which looks very good.

A good PC would last me approximately 1 year, before it was so slow it wouldnt run the latest versions of stuff.  Apple's macbooks last much longer than that, so although more expensive, in the long run IMO they cost less.

Highly recommend.

In fact, on the strength of this experience, I am about to buy an iPhone 5s.  Never owned an iPhone, always had android.  Just like with PCs, I'm fully expecting it to be far, far better than android too.
