Thats hard for a customer to prove,I scratched glass before, as i used the plastic edge of brush to remove bird doings. But she let me off.Dont think brittles will scratch though, as you would notice on more than one window. Some say if grit is in the bristles then that can scratch, never happened to me, but maybe true?Steven.
yeh but rough plastic is still just plastic- i may be wrong but i'm pretty sure it still wont scratch glass, or i'd of scratched loads & i haven't, unless you had bits of stone embedded in the plastic somehow. the scrapers gardiners sell are plastic & they're intended for scraping glass cos they wont scratch, i think your customers are having you over
No. It's impossible.
Ive heard it a lot from customers. Im trad and pick up alot of work from wfp guys and the customers excuse most often than not is that wfp scratches the glass. I just think customers dont like the system and find any excuse to get back a trad window cleaner.
