IMO the very best clients are not price shoppers nor is it a on the hop decision to have their carpets/uph cleaned, it's a planned, considered, decision. Also the best ones will want to meet you first for a quote, they don't want any old riff raff working on their furnishings  Wink

This is the point I was making above. The business I was talking about is high end and probably averages about £ 700 per day per job. I would suggest that those clients are taking their time deciding who to use. The bulk of them seem to use tablets or PCs.

Yes Garry, we found exactly the same.

Mobile users are unlikely to even read the website, they will just call the number. They are not researching at all = so their decision is left to price alone. Also they are few in number anyway.
