Solar Farm Cleaning Peterborough & Cambridge
« on: September 17, 2013, 08:29:49 am »
Hi everyone.

Is there anyone in the Peterborough and Cambridge areas who would be interested, should we get them, in cleaning over 150,000 solar panels annually?

This is a real proposition, so please, no time wasters. Thanks in advance.

Hi diamond. It would need a bit more than 'a shot' mate, but I catch ya drift!  ;D
If you can send a copy of your public liability and employers liability insurances, your solar RAMS for 40,000 ground mounted panels, how many staff/vans you have, how long you think 40K would take you to clean and 2 references, preferably from commercial solar clients. Thanks in advance.

Arnt you best off waiting to see if you get the contract first before posting this... It may jinx your chances in winning the contract by assuming you will get it(always the way with me)
Im sure if you win the contract guys will bite your arm off to get in on it.
Hope you get it.

Cheers Mick. My arms have already been bitten off. Plenty of interest. Always assume you will get the contract. Then, when you do, you can react immediately to the needs of the client. You are not fumbling for answers. If you don't get it, the next one will not be far away.

How can anyone send a RAMS for a job they have not seen?   It will be a useless document, totally unethical and most likely illegal surely

If they know what they are on about, of course they can do the RAMS. What a load of old rubbish. A generic RAMS can be written, but even though its generic, it can be accurate for these jobs. If need be, a dynamic RAMS can be made on the job, though that's unlikely to be needed if the contractor knows their beans.
