My best one is my only one a little factory office takes me 3 hrs £110
Do it on my own .
Got them crappy steel railings on the outside hence why i charge em £110 for 3 hrs work lol .

My best contract (by a distance) is 7 seperate buildings, different sites, each taking 2 men between half a day and 3 days to clean. Each is cleaned In/out quarterly.

God only knows what I was thinking when I priced them because they are waaaaay overpriced, which is nice when it happens.

A few years ago before Andy grey and Richard keys got sacked I was working in anfield, and as they do ........ Andy says " I could do that" referring to cleaning the windows, I replied give us a minute and I will get you a set of swag.

It didn't go as we'll as he thought it would haha.

I've nothing above £200 per clean but in that mix at £100 - £200 a clean I have:-

Every six months (couple of primary schools)

Every 3 months - two blocks of three storey flats.

A vehicle preparation facility (monthly) (favourite financially vs time taken)

A couple of 3 floor offices attached to warehouses (every 2 or 3 monthly)

A factory (monthly)

I think my favourite (not the best payer but good enough) is the factory because we can get there at 7 am, finish at 9 and then have a canteen breakfast at subsidised prices and I've got half a days money in by 9.30.
