All of my commercial work is offices/churches/car show rooms/schools but nothing of a super scale amount that would make serious money so no point me saying mine just id be interested to know if anyone has picked up a contract that literally doubled or more there yearly net by winning that 1 serious contract.
After i have built up my next round and im off the tool so to speak gaining some great earning commercial work will be my full focus.
Im hoping some will shed some light on the chances of picking up 'the ultimate contract'.

i know im not mick but just got one on the go at the moment- cleaning a customers house last week and she asks if i would like to take over the cleaning at her office block as current cleaners wont trad a large glass front thats just been built - went over this afternoon and she showed me what she is paying now - brought it home to me how many other customers may have premises that need cleaning

This is how I got all my commercial so far, from existing residential customers, just wondered what other ways work best. I've been leafleting local industrial estates but not had a bite yet.

ive just priced up and won a local car dealers, they have 3 showrooms, one in st helens, one in runcorn and one in warrington, start them as soon as theyve spoken to the current cleaner as their not happy with him

I used to sub chelsea and charlton football clubs untill they lost the contract.
Again not the best earners but i enjoyed doing them.

CFC is actually cleaned by a Lane's Window Cleaning.
Just not me
