On the topic of speed, how long should it take guys to clean a detached house with say 14 windows of variable size plus 2 doors, which they often want cleaning down. (would you use the pole for the doors or just wipe down with a cloth?)
Honest answers please guys as I am trying to work out the time I would save switching to wfp.
It currently takes me about an hour trad, as I am up and down ladders and I clean all the frames as well. I charge around £15.00 for that.
Many thanks in advance guys.

Steve, two of us would do a house like that in five to ten minutes. Two pumps, two reels, one extreme 25ft and one sl 25ft. Wiping ground floor sills with a cloth too. This is for a maintenance clean. First clean 30 mins max.

Need to be careful using the pole on doors some leak through the letterbox
Happened me a few times when starting out so I now give the doors a rub with a damp microfiber.
Im sure there are some that I could get away with but don't want to risk it.

Thanks guys, that is proper quick to me. I am assuming the guys who have replied include the frames as well? as my customers would want them cleaning as well, as that's what I do now as trad.

Thanks again for the replies fellas its much appreciated and made me realise that's where the money is, trad is very limited.. for me anyway in terms of how many houses I can do in a day and in turn how much I can earn.

Don't clean the same house together, split up and do separate houses or divide round up and invest in another vehicle. Two men one house is too much fluffing around to make it really worthwhile and customers feel robbed for time taken.

Is this a serious comment?
