It keeps my hoses nice & supple all day in winter3. The tank acts like a giant radiator & so NOTHING in the van freezes overnight in winterWhat more reason could you want??The water then just gets pumped through my on-board DI vessels as normal to purify on-demand.

If it's -5/6 go home because the water will freeze on paths in minutes making it dangerous.2.lol3. Put a heater with frost setting in back of van. Or heat the water up and create a big incubater for bacteria.
Me neither, my system has never froze all I got is a heater with frost setting.Sorry but when I see people heating water in the tank I think prat if you want hot water use gas that heats it up as you use it.
