Sorry for the late reply but I do bin cleaning I don't use any chemicals, just use a really good pressure washer. Anything at Honda 160 -200 is enough. I cant even run that on full power without moving the bins with it. Make sure you recycle the water as it powers through it. Then spray it with a strong disinfectant that has a strong smell, I use lemon diluted to about 50/50.
That will get rid of any muck.... second cleans are always easier.

Rinse out plastic packaging, tins and cans containing food waste at the end of your daily washing up to minimise smells. It is the liquid at the base of a wheelie bin that attracts flies so to avoid this build up you can also lay a piece of newspaper at the bottom of your waste bin.

I think its not his bin he's wanting to keep clean, but to clean bins for customers

You don't need any product to clean the bin, the pressure washer will do it, if you want you can add a small amount of TFR into your tank, we also spray the bins with a sanitiser after cleaning
