Has anybodyever used the Grafter pole by Ionics?Are they any good?

We got the 28ft one not great and on the heavy side when using every day, very bendy when fully out.

I've been using a Grafter 24 as my every day pole for a couple of years now. I find it to be very good value. I don't think the 24 is "whipy" and only had a couple of clamps come loose from the pole (the newer ones have better adhesive).
I am, at this time, thinking of buying a new Ionic pole, so the experience has been, overall, a good one.

We use the 30ft Glyder as our daily pole. Next one up from a Grafter. Very light pole and quite stiff. The poles get hammered and we have had no clamps come loose. The only thing we carry as spares are the barrell nuts on the clamps which are very inexpensive. Great pole.

I had a grafter 32 , very heavy very bendy had four broken clamps within a few weeks , they replaced it with a glyder 40 too heavy and very bendy .

Yup. I've got one.

What I like about it is that I can separate the sections so as I can use just the sections required for each job.

Also, now that Ionics seem to have sorted out the glue on the clamps, and provided you don't over tighten them, the pole should last for years.

The draw back, as posted above, it's a bit 'whippy' but even that I've got used to.

Over all, I reckon they're good value for money and Ionics do have very good customer service.
