Pressure washer / generator fumes
« on: September 03, 2013, 08:21:27 pm »
Got a cough at moment and going to have to go doctors. I've posted stuff about fumes a few times years ago. Just wondering does anyone else get any symptoms like cough, wheezing etc when working with petrol/ diesel machines pumping fumes out around you.i hate the smell when going to turn the machine off etc. I try to face the machine exhaust away from where im working also but the wind will obviously blow them around. At times using hot water I'm using the pressure washer, hot box and generator all pumping out fumes around me. Is this a risk to my health? I think it is and I'm worried what damage I've done already after 13 years using them. Be interesting to know your thoughts. Thanks guys.

It sounds to me like you have advanced lung disease and will only have a few weeks to go, If I were you I'd go out and spend every penny you have and max the credit cards  ;)

Could you not run a flexi pipe from your exhaust and send it under your van maybe?

Was you in Poole on the bikers night? I was there during the day, we were staying in the New Forest.
